By accessing, registering for, subscribing to or using the Yoteachers Database website, platform or related services, you agree to these Standard Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or its services.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you ("the User") and Sesda Management Pty Ltd, trading as Yoteachers Database ("we", "us" or "our").

Yoteachers Database provides the following professional services:
Qualification Verification & Compliance;
Professional Profile & Competency Validation;
Intelligence Transfer Matching Engine;
Straight Transfer & Admin Search Support;
Transfer Tracking, Documentation & Reporting;
24/7 Professional WhatsApp Support.
Our services facilitate professional verification, transfer matching and administrative support. We do not guarantee employment, transfer approval, placement or a particular outcome unless expressly agreed to in writing.

The Yoteachers Database provides a structured support process to help eligible teachers find potential transfer matches and receive administrative assistance throughout the transfer process. The steps below explain how the process works and what is expected from each teacher.

STEP 1: Teacher Registration and Annual Service Fee
Teachers must register an account and provide accurate personal, professional, qualification and employment information. After registration, a Support PIN will be sent to the teacher's registered email address. Teachers must keep this PIN secure and provide it when contacting the support team so that their account can be identified and their enquiry handled appropriately.

STEP 2: Pay the Annual Service Fee and Activate Access A service fee of R610.00 per year applies to access and use the Yoteachers Database and its applicable transfer support services. Payment instructions will be provided through authorised channels. Access to paid services is subject to the applicable payment and account activation requirements. Any applicable fees and payment conditions will be communicated before payment.

STEP 3: Verification and Teacher Compliance Validation
After registration and completion of the applicable service requirements, the support team will review the information and supporting documents provided by the teacher. This may include relevant qualifications, professional information and employment details needed for the service. Teachers must cooperate with reasonable requests for supporting documents or additional information. Verification depends on available records and relevant authorities and does not replace official departmental verification or approval.

STEP 4: Search for and Accept a Suitable Transfer Match
Once the relevant profile information has been reviewed, teachers may search the database for potential transfer matches. Where a suitable request is available, a teacher may express interest in the match through the applicable platform process. Teachers should assess the school, location, post and other relevant transfer requirements before proceeding. Any match depends on the willingness and eligibility of both teachers and the applicable departmental procedures.

STEP 5: Create a New Transfer Request if No Suitable Match Exists
If no suitable match is available, a teacher may create a new transfer request containing the relevant transfer details. Once reviewed and approved for publication in accordance with the platform's procedures, the request may be published on the database for other registered teachers to discover and consider. Interested teachers may respond through the applicable matching process. Publication does not guarantee a match, acceptance by another teacher or approval of a transfer.

STEP 6: Match Confirmation and Transfer Documentation Assistance
When two teachers agree to proceed with a potential transfer, the support team will assist them with the applicable administrative steps. Depending on their circumstances and the requirements of the relevant education department, assistance may include guidance on preparing transfer application letters, supporting documents, correspondence and other relevant administrative paperwork. Both teachers remain responsible for checking the accuracy of their documents, providing required information and submitting official applications through the appropriate channels.

STEP 7: Application Tracking and Departmental Follow-Ups
The support team will track reported progress and, where appropriate and authorised, contact the relevant school, education department or administrative office to request updates on the application status. Available updates may be communicated to both matched teachers, including information about outstanding documents, requested actions or reported delays. Follow-ups are intended to improve communication and visibility throughout the process. Response times and decisions remain dependent on the relevant processing parties.

STEP 8: Ongoing Support Until an Outcome Is Reached
Reasonable transfer-related communication and progress updates will be provided while the application is being processed, subject to service availability and information received from the relevant parties. Where a delay, obstacle or unsuccessful application makes a proposed match impractical, the support team may assist the affected teacher or teachers in considering another suitable transfer request available on the database. Any alternative match depends on availability, mutual agreement and applicable transfer requirements.

STEP 9: Transfer Outcome and Closure
When the relevant department confirms an outcome, the support team will communicate the available final status to the matched teachers and update the transfer record where appropriate. A transfer is officially successful only when the relevant authorised department or employer has approved and implemented it in accordance with its procedures. The Yoteachers Database facilitates matching, administrative support and progress tracking but cannot guarantee approval or a specific completion date.
